Trading Post began supplying Baked with a core coffee offering that reflects both quality and versatility.

Today, Baked serves:

  • Green Monkey Organic Blend – a smooth, approachable house coffee
  • Mountain Water Decaf – a chemical-free decaf without compromise on flavour
  • Speciality Single Origin – limited edition releases rotating quarterly

These blends have become staples for Baked’s coffee and brunch crowd, delivering consistency across high-volume service without sacrificing taste.

With Trading Post’s network of industry-leading equipment partners, in 2022, Baked invested in:

  • Victoria Arduino Eagle One Espresso Machine
  • Mythos MY75 HS grinders

This upgrade enabled faster service, improved workflow, and consistently high-quality extraction during busy periods.

As customer demand evolved, so did the partnership. In 2025, Baked expanded its hot drinks menu with Trading Post’s range of dry goods, in-trend syrups, vegan-friendly chai powder and indulgent hot chocolates, as well as Trading Post branded takeaway cups. These additions broadened appeal beyond traditional coffee drinkers.

Then, in 2026, the collaboration grew further with the addition of Hoogly Teas, a fellow eco-conscious, Brighton-based brand. By sourcing everything through Trading Post, Baked streamlined:

The introduction of Hoogly Teas via Trading Post brought a premium, front-of-house tea experience to Baked. In August 2023 Bay Coffee was born, serving Green Monkey from the back of our 1979 VW campervan.
